Information

1. AGE REQUIREMENT. Minimum 23 years old for groups A, B, C and 25 years old for car groups D, E, F, G, H, I.

2. DRIVERS LICENSE. A valid driving license held for at least one year is required.

3. MINIMUM RENTAL. One day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of daily rate.

4. DEPOSITS. Deposits for estimated charges are required at the beginning of rental with a minimum of 100.000 drs daily. No deposit is required from credit card holders honored by LOTUS.

5. GASOLINE. Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.

6. TRAFFIC FINES. Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are solely the renter's responsibility.

7. INSURANCE. All authorized drivers of LOTUS vehicles are covered against fire, theft, liability to third parties (excluding passengers in LOTUS vehicles) for death, injury or damage to property. Driver's responsibility for collision damages of a LOTUS rented car is drs 3.000.000 for groups A, B, C, 6.000.000 drs for groups D, E, and 10.000.000 drs for groups F, G, H, I.

8. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER. The renter's responsibility mentioned above can be waved by paying an extra cost, (C.D.W with a deductible), and only in case that provided collision damages were not due to violations of the Greek Traffic Law. Any damages on tires and underneath of the car are not covered by C.D.W. insurance.

9. PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE. For a charge of only 2000 drs per day Personal Accident Insurance can be obtained covering the driver and each passenger with the following amounts respectively.

10. EXTRA EQUIPMENT. Luggage rack or baby seat (upon request) at the extra charge of 1500 drs per day.

11. TAXES. All rates are subject to 18% V.A.T. and C.T 2%

12: AVAILABILITY. Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems, however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

13. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION CHARGES. a. Each delivery or collection within city limits is charged excluding LOTUS stations. b. Out of town charges: for groups A, B, C drs 100 per km, for all other groups (D, E, F, G, H, I) drs 150 per km. Night deliveries / collections (21.0O-8.00): 7000 drs each plus taxes.

14. ACROSS THE BORDER RENTALS. An advance written authorization from LOTUS is required.

15. FERRYING THE CAR. An advance written authorization from LOTUS is required.

16. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
