The Ambience:

A mansion in Kifissia, built of stone quarried from Greek earth and painstakingly hewn and dressed, stands under the Attic sky, overlooking the vast city down to the distant sea. A unique environment in Rhodes, with a warm friendly, homelike atmosphere and food meticulously prepared and served: these are among the things that for years now have made your holidays on the island such an unforgettable experience.

The Menu:
Those of you who are faithful to our flavors and others who are trying them for the first time may ask what it is that makes them unique, as our friends tell us they are. It may be the pure ingredients we use, or the rustic wood-bumming over where we slowly bake our food all night in clay jars. It may be our love and respect for tradition, or it may be all of these things.

The Wine:
At "Ta Kioupia", we have long evinced our respect and loyalty to Greek wines. The 80 different labels we have selected include the most respective and successful products of the wine-producing districts of Greece. To name just a few, Athiri from Rhodes, Moschofilero from Naoussa, Ai Giorgitiko from Nemeo...

Our Flavors:
Select and sample some 38 flavors from the tray with our superb assortment of dishes. enjoy as much or as many as you like: everything is included in the price of the Menu. New recipes emerge out of discussions and "council meetings", enhancing our Menu, which changes practically every month, while retaining the recipes you like. Sample our friend mushroom patties, "makarounes", a specialty of the island of Symi, rooster cutlers marinated in coffee, chocolate pie and "white Eve".
